Goal
To provide a refund program for men seeking vasectomy reversal who are concerned about the loss of money if the vasectomy reversal fails.
General Plan
Dr. Schow offers a monetary refund for men who undergo a vasectomy reversal (either vasovasostomy or vasoepididymostomy) and fail to achieve sperm in their ejaculate by one year from the vasectomy reversal. The vasectomy reversal must be performed by Dr. Schow at The Minnesota Men’s Health Center. The monetary refund is based on a sliding scale depending on which type of vasectomy reversal procedure is performed by Dr. Schow (regardless of how long it has been since the vasectomy). This sliding scale is outlined below.
